Transition Into Spiritual Sciences
While actively working in cinema and advertising, Tulip felt a profound inner calling toward spiritual inquiry, questions of identity, consciousness, and the architecture of human experience.
What began as personal exploration evolved into disciplined study.
In 2005, she began an intensive journey into
Jnana Yoga & Jyotisha
Breath awareness and inner cosmology
With over two decades of sādhana and tapas, Tulip integrates classical Vedic wisdom into contemporary life — not as theory, but as lived alignment. Her approach honors the understanding that one size does not fit all. Each individual carries a unique constitution, karmic patterning, and psychological architecture. Lifestyle, practice, and rhythm must therefore be attuned — not imposed. She recognizes that the preservation and nurturing of prāṇa is essential to experiencing life with clarity and vitality. The ancient principle from Yajur Veda, “Yatha pinde tatha brahmande — yatha brahmande tatha pinde”(As within the microcosm, so in the macrocosm) guides her philosophy.Self-care, in this context, is reverence. To care for the self is to respect the larger intelligence of existence of which we are a part. Her work emphasizes:• Simplicity — Living with deliberation rather than reaction
• Awareness of energetic consequence — what we share, & what we surround ourselves with is who we are
• Alignment of thought, word, and action — the true foundation of yoga
“Om Shantih” is not a closing chant, but a reminder:Peace is the natural state when inner alignment is restored.
